Be Grateful for Your Problems

6573617

Many times the problems or challenges we face force us to grow and become more capable.  The runner who trains for the mile run in the Olympics by running downhill will have no chance of winning the medal.  The runner who trains by running uphill is far more likely to develop the speed, mental toughness and endurance which it takes to win the medal.

The next time you encounter a difficult climb, obstacle, “problem,” you should smile and say, “Here’s my chance to grow.”  Develop that kind of an attitude and I will SEE YOU AT THE TOP!

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.

Eckhart Tolle

“Let go of all the things that worry you, be present in the blessings you have. Life is a series of incredible miracles…don’t forget you are one of them.”

Matthew 13:18-23

Jesus said ” Listen then to what the parable of the sower means:

When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path.

The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy.  But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away.

The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful.

But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

The only way we can know the truth is through studying the Bible and spending our quiet time with God. No matter how many books you have read, how many devotionals you went through or how many sermons you listened to, we won’t have close relationship with God until we make it our own. If our friends would tell us many things about someone whom we have never met, would we be best friends with that person? It probably wouldn’t be easy. It takes much time and effort to build a strong and long-lasting friendship. You have to know someone in person and spend time with him to be able to trust him and call him your friend! Do you agree?

By studying the Bible and praying you can and will experience a new level of friendship with your Creator. It’s all about you and Him. It’s your relationship with God and you can make it as strong as you wish. It’s in your hands. All I want to do is to inspire you to get strong in your faith and gain a new perspective on your life. We can gain complete confidence and spiritual and emotional freedom by knowing exactly who we are in Christ! No one and no circumstances determine our value and worth, but only God and Him only. To be able to live free, we need to know the truth and stand strong on it! We need to hold on to it tightly and remind ourselves daily who we are and what our purpose in life is.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.…
