If you are going through hard times in your life and you are looking for answers, this post is for you!
Here are some steps that will help you get stronger and recover all that the enemy has stolen from you:
1-Find your encouragement in the Lord and not in man or in yourself. Getting your encouragement from different quarters will only leave you much more paralyzed than before. Never let the enemy have your faith.
As it is said in 1 John 5:4: “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.”
2- Prayerfully seek guidance and direction from the Lord, which is the security of the Believer. When our guidance is from the Lord, you will have the stamina to pursue whatever is before you.
“In all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight”. Proverbs 3:6
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”. Philippians 4:6-7
3- Pursue, Overtake, Recover all.
To pursue means to strive without quitting. Winners never quit and quitters never win. Whatever you are pursuing must be in line with God’s purpose for your life. And also you must pursue with people who are running in that same direction.
To overtake means to run ahead. A disappointed man is under siege. He can’t pray. He can’t study or trust God for anything. He can’t even make it to church again. Why? He has accepted that which has told him that he can’t be or do anything about his situations.
Run ahead of your disappointment. Overtake your sickness, your habit, fear, failure, or demonic manipulation. Put it behind you.
Establish your recovery by faith. After operating the above, begin to act/think/talk like it has been done. Faith brings God’s desire into reality for you.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, I receive grace never to get tired of pursuing what has been taken from me.
Also, I overtake every negativity that has put me behind.
Because I love you, this (mention the situation) will turn for my good because I love you and obey you. Thank you Jesus.
Hallelujah!
