We live in a world where men are seeking a good thing at a wrong time and in a wrong way.
When your heart is not right, you still want the hand of the Lord to move in your direction. It doesn’t work that way beloved. One of my mentors, Watchman Nee, says this:

“God is unable to use people who think they know it all/everything. They are not open to the tender and gentle leadings of the Spirit, because their fleshly selves have never/not been broken. They are also unable to detect that even before the hand of the Lord has moved, His eyes has already moved…” Ps. 32:8, 2nd Chron. 16:9

These kind of people are very helpless! They are the know-it-alls.”
Yes, I agree, it is the hand of the Lord that displays His strength on the behalf of His people, yet, I KNOW that, it is His eyes that first sees those who are really His own; and those whose heart is perfect towards Him.

*Approval first takes place in His eyes and before then being confirmed by His hand, not the other way round.

Please note:

God can do anything, anytime, with, for, and to whoever He wants, but take note that Its only those whom His eyes can move that can live in the full assurance that His hands will always move on their behalf too. Ps. 32:8

If His eyes can’t guide or correct you, then His hands can’t give you approval!
And it takes being humble and really broken for the eyes of the Lord to move you.

You will never be able to succeed in making a wise man out of a man who is already wise in his own eyes.

Neither can you make change or better a man who hasn’t first admitted/agreed to his need for a change.

The Lord Jesus rightly said that the rest He offers is only for those who first see themselves worn-out and in need of rest (Matt. 11:28-30).

He who has no need for rest cannot be given it; this will be like casting pearls to swine or giving dollar bills to a primitive man.
Are we the poor in spirit or are we in spiritual poverty?

God’s Kingdom belongs only to those who are poor (who see themselves as empty without God and ever in need of what He offers) in Spirit- Matt. 5:3
The Word has come today to give light and freedom.

We can win again.

Glory to God
